We are honoured to welcome Dai Shihan Noguchi from Japan as the lead instructor for this three-day Taikai in Helsinki. A senior Shihan of the Bujinkan with decades of dedicated practice, Noguchi Sensei brings rare depth and precision to his teaching.

This Taikai offers a unique opportunity to train directly under his guidance, exploring the principles of Bujinkan Budō Taijutsu in an intimate and focused setting.

Questions & Answers

Who can attend the Taikai?
The Taikai is open to all practitioners holding a valid Bujinkan membership card (hombu card) of any level. Beginners are welcome — training with a Dai Shihan is a rare opportunity regardless of experience.
What training equipment do I need?
A clean dogi (training uniform) is required. Specific weapons or equipment requirements will be published on the Equipment page closer to the event. Generally, comfortable indoor training shoes are recommended.
What is included in the ticket price?
Your ticket covers all three days of training (6–8 August 2027), a programme booklet, and a certificate of participation. Accommodation, travel, and the optional evening dinner are not included.
Is there an evening dinner?
Yes — an optional group dinner will be organised on one of the evenings. Full details including location, menu options, and booking will be available on the Taikai Dinner page.
Can I pay by card or only bank transfer?
All ticket payments are processed securely online via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. No bank transfer is needed.
What is the refund / cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available up to 60 days before the event. After that, a 50% refund applies up to 30 days before. No refunds within 30 days of the event, but tickets can be transferred to another participant.
